Field Trip: Seymour Marine Discovery Center, Santa Cruz

A Field Trip to the Seymour Marine Discovery Center in Santa Cruz is scheduled for Wednesday, August 24. This is a community supported marine science education center operated by the University of California in Santa Cruz. The Discovery Center is dedicated to educating people about the role scientific research plays in the understanding and conservation of the world’s oceans. We will enjoy a box lunch prior to our tour of their breathtaking seaside learning center, which will be from 12:30 to 2:30pm. We will leave from the HCLG Parking lot at 10:00am.
